When I posted a while back trying to get some suggestions for a new seat for my EGC
I didn't get much response. Are most of you satisfied with your stock seat?
I bought the Sundowner seat when I got my 201 EGC. It's nice and keeps my butt planted pretty well. But on longer trips I prefer the stock seat (at least so far, with the stock handlebars) and the Sundowner seat is sitting in a box.
first thing I did when I bought my 2010 ultra was to buy a 2008 stock seat ( HD made a change on the 09/10 seats and made them less customizable( I needed mine lowered)) off ebay and sent it up to MCC to have it reworked. I am very happy with the results. Now on my 2003 RK I have a Mustang tourer which is also very comfortable for the long haul.
