Default 2010 Road Glide handle bar wobble?

I have a 2010 road glide and when I'm riding down the road and I let go of the handle bars they go into a horrible wobble, it evens wobbles a pretty good bit when I only have one hand on the bars. My 09 heritage didnt do so much as wiggle if u let go of them. I road my buddies 08 street glide and his dosent have this problem either.

My question is, is this normal for the road glide or do I have a serious problem? The wobble is really bad someone please help.

Have your steering head bearings checked. They sound loose.

Not normal. Steering head is loose. Take it in and get it fixed.

Like others have said check the steering head bearings, but on the simple side did you check the air pressure in the front tire? Low PSI will also give you a wobble.

huh... mine runs straight and true. I can let go of the handlebars, sit back and relax for miles before I need to put a hand up to take a corner or readjust.

I've got an '09 RG and had the same wobble when I let go of the bars, but nothing noticable with hands on the bars. This was not the case with my Wide Glide or Road King. The wobble gets progressively worse over a period of seconds, to the point I either re-grab the bars or lose control!! It has done this from the 1st time I let go some some reason - probably <1000 miles on the bike. As such, I wouldn't have expected lose neck bearings....unless not tightened properly at the factory. I was thinking this was related to the '09 Dunlop 407 front tire issue and I was going to have the front tire swapped-out under the terms of the techincal bulletin in the spring.

My buddy has an '09 and he told me he was having the same issue, just could not let go of the bars. After a lot of complaining to his dealer he got them to check into it and they found that his front wheel bearings were bad.
