Help Wiring in a Electronic Deer alert

I'll find out if it works, I didn't buy it, it was given to me. I've two deers this year, both with no damage. I saw them and was only going about 5 miles per hour, and they still jumped in front of me. I'm ready to try anything. Two motorcycleists killed last week local to me hitting deer. I agree staying alert is best. Thanks on the part number Jimsreddyna, If this keep up with the deer, I'm going to charge hunters for me to be the decoy.
Deer Alerts do nothing but scare the deer out of the woods. And they end up in front of you.
