Helmet Express will do a size exchange for $5. I used the sizing recommendations and measuring procedures from their site. Their pricing on the Shark Evoline was $30 cheaper than anyone I could find and included shipping.
My son is recommending the Shoei Multitec. He says it really fits well, and he thinks that's what I ought to go with. Planning on trying some on this weekend if I can find a dealer with my size in stock. BMW dealers usually have them.
HJC symax here. It's a good helmet at a reasonable price. They also make a lower priced modular (can't recall the name). It's plastic, not glass which some say is actually better/safer.
Next time I think I'll get a Nolan. I like their designs.
I have both the Multitec and and a Nolan, of course the Shoei doesn't have bluetooth but I mention it because it is a better helmet. That said, the Nolan is a good helmet, I like the integral sunshield and the bluetooth works great with my Iphone. I can listen to tunes and get calls if I want to. You won't go wrong with the Nolan.
I have a brand new Black Graphite Nolan N-103 with J&M integrated Bluetooth, still in the box. (Size Large.) I purchased it thru Shawn at Dr. V-Twin, who still has it, as I am currently out of the country.
If anyone would like it for $120 less than the internet price that J&M sells it for, let me (or Shawn at Dr. V-Twin) know.
