Default Antenna hookup..help needed

A while back I installed the antenna relocation kit on my 07 EG Standard. I recently acquired a tour pak and working on getting it on my scoot.

The pak does have the antenna base and ground wire but does not have the antenna wire. I'd like to leave the wire to the current antenna (behind left saddle bag) and add another length of wire from the pak to the left side cover.

Now for the questions. First, does anyone know where to buy just a length of wire that will go from the antenna base (located at the back of the pak) to the left side of the scoot. Second, is there such a thing as a splitter where you would be able to have both antenna bases connected to the wire that goes to the fairing?

Thanks for any help

If you pull up the antenna relocation kit on HD you can see the install instructions and parts break down. You should be able to get the part number for the piece you are looking for and put it all together.

Neil..I've searched the Harley site for the cable part number (76229) in that parts list but came up empty. I also checked with one of the local dealers and they said they don't sell just the cable.

I don't want to spend the $100 for the entire relocation kit just for the piece of cable...

Default Just did mine.

Harley's kit doesn't use a splitter but a jumper wire, used when the tourpack is attached. The radio antenna wire stays attached directly to the antenna base mounted by the detachable docking point on the left side. When the tourpack is off, the antenna staff is screwed onto this antenna base also. When the tourpack is on, the antenna staff moves to the base on the tourpack and a jumper wire screws onto the lower antenna base (where the antenna staff was) and connects to the tourpack antenna base. HD parts are 76229-00 (antenna patch cable) and 76219-00 (antenna-cable adapter). Both come up on the Zanotti site, listed at $17.08 and $16.28.

Appreciate the input. That would make sense to use a patch cable to tie into the two antenna bases.

I've gone to Zanotti's site but can't seem to find the part numbers you listed. How did you navigate to them?

Thanks again.

76229-00 and 76219-00 are indeed the parts needed to make the connection from the antenna base of the relocation kit to the tour pak antenna base.

Thanks for your help!
