The more pictures I see, the more I can't wait to do this upgrade.

Thanks,

Steve

Not "Dissing" any ones bike, but after I saw the bullet turns on the SG I can't imagine anyone liking the huge turn signals on the other FL's! Front or rear!
If I had one of the bikes with the "Pancake" turns, they would have to go!
You guys that have done the mod, it looks great! Congrats on a great upgrade.

I found a set in the classified's here on the Forum last year. Easy install. I think I paid $175 without the turn signals.

I love the look but just did not want to spend that much money. To try to minimize the look of those pancakes, I put clear lenses with amber bulbs. Not as nise as the setup that we are talking about but for under $20 it looks a lot better than it did.

I have bullets in the rear, so the front pancakes are the only ones left..............and not for long.

I'm on the search for a good deal on this setup.............just have to keep looking.

Black chrome... Think of black candy powder coat over chrome or black candy paint over chrome. Shiny like chrome, but black.

Hold of on eBay until Monday....There is a swapmeet this Sunday. Worth a look.

The guy sent me some pictures of the black chrome mounts next to normal chrome.........there is a big difference. At certain angles it turns completely black, then at some angles it's like chrome but blackish. Not for me.........I need regular chrome.

Adam.............what exhaust do you have on your bike now?

Those are '09 headpipes with cored out stock mufflers, but the mufflers are changed now since the picture was taken to Screaming Eagles without removeable baffles part number ******-97 or something. I wanted to try these head pipes out cause I like the look but also needed O2 ports. Still have the fat kitty sitting in the garage and will weld some bungs in someday.
