ebay, yes and no
im into my bikes and bowhunting, ive got some good deals when looking for stuff for both on ebay. but at times i wonder on some things that are on auction. for instance im watching a certain seat on there now and when i look at who is bidding the same person has bidded 7 times with no other bids other than 1 different person thats only bid once at the begining. its like theres a bud out there running the price up just to get someone to jump on it a higher price. time to take it off the watch list.

I don't know if this is what is happening or not but when I bid on things I bid the maximum amount I am willing to pay and as someone out bids me my bid automatically goes up till the bids get above my max bid.

Sometimes they are trying to bid to get above a reserve or to get higher than the maximum bid is. Shill biding is against ebay rules and if suspect that you can report the auction

If you see that happening you hit it right on the head, him or his buddy is bumpin it up to get more money from ya. Find another seat, there are plenty!! Good Luck!

ive done a lot of ebay stuff so when things dont seem right or bidding just gets to the point you can go buy it new i just jump off the train.

Personally I think EBay has become a 90% scam site 10% good deals when you deal with legit people.
