are you looking for more of an orbital waxer? I got one for like $20 at Home Depot. I think it was a 4in pad?
yeah i think something like that. To be honest Im really not that in to washing and detailing. I usually just wash and dry. Have never put a coat of wax on the bike since I bought it. As people who have blk bikes I have got alot of swirls over the past 2 yrs. Just looking for something that would help a rookie waxer out.
Thanks
I got a bunch of stuff from Grotts Garage. A little bit of work but the bike looked great. They sell a real small polisher which worked well for me. If you want to get swirl marks out there are a few different things you can use.
I alway use my hand. Too many hard to get to places on a bike. Not lot theres a lot of paint like on a car. I get a lot of satisfaction out of a good detail on my bike. Go to Maguires website they have some videos on how to get out that swirl

You should use a orbital polisher / wax remover, and yes this IS the best one, and yes its more than $75 too. I have had the Porter Cable one for 8-10 years. I use the foam pads on it for polishing and wax....also have a terry cloth bonnet to remove wax for it. Go to Meguires web site they have a video using it. Meguires sells a copy, brand labeled for a lot more than you can buy the PC one for. Just remember ORBITAL.
I tried the HD Swirl remover. IT works pretty well. And orbital wont burn throught he paint if you use it properly. I have the orbital from Home Depot, but I also have a more expensive polisher from Grotts. I can do more with the expensive polisher from Grotts. I use their polishes and scratch remover. You should be able to remove swirls and light scratches with an orbital.
