I wear size 13's. So the heel shifted came off the second I got home.

have one on new bike but my old one had one also, but never really used it much, on a weekend ride might use it 4-5 times

I would feel lost without my heel shifter. Even before the floor board extenders it was nice but after it's even better.

I only use mine on Up Shifts.
I would be lost with out it on a floor board bike. Even with my size 14 boot.

Use it most of the time. sometimes in close traffic I just naturally seem to shift with the toe. don't know why it just works.

I use mine for finding neutral. I have used it before when I had a gout attack. Wouldn't have been to shift without it, as some of you know.
