Default So long for now...

Well.....The bike is for sale for the last time. I am just not riding enough since my wife got hit on her Street Glide. I have struggled back and forth on this for some time but this is my finale answer. We are also restructuring our finances since we have settled with the insurance companies (boy was that a joke). All is well and we are choosing to change some things so that corporate America doesn’t control our destiny. We will be fine and it has actually turned into a blessing having my wife become a full time Homemaker. Believe me, that is a full time job just taking care of me. Ha

I have truly enjoyed the forum and wish you all the best. I may still check in from time to time as I enjoy the reading. The bike is listed in the classifieds for a few weeks and then I will take to a local shop for consignment if no one here is interested.

Please ride safe and take care…

I'm sorry to hear you are quitting Riding. I hope your wife's injuries are not something that she can't get over. You will not have a problem selling your bike, It is a fantastic looking RG. You live in a nice area, been through there many times. I'm originally from Raleigh. Riding is good for the soul, I'm sure you will miss it.. Good Luck!

Enjoyed your stay here Joe. Glad you've finally come to a resolution. Stick with it and be comfortable with your decision. You can ALWAYS come back when the opportunity presents itself.

Good luck on the sale of the bike. It's a looker no doubt!

Glad to hear your wife is doing well, and I hope you enjoy the rest of the journey you're now about to embark upon. I know I'd miss riding at this point in life, but I certainly realize that you have to prioritize what's really important. Good Luck.
