9k seems to be the consensus so far and I've got nothing to lose to at least offer it and see where it goes. I went from being comfortable with 10,500 to now offering 9800....making my way to being comfortable with offering 9k!
How are the tires? Does he have the maintenance records and was it done timely? Any leaks, dents, dings, scrapes, etc? Any shifting problems? Also, I always look at the persons house and garage when I buy a bike. Is it a mess, cluttered, etc? If they can't keep an organized garage or their home looking decent, then I'm betting they didn't do much for the bike either. Not always true, but another thing to check out.

figure out what the amount you are willing to pay top end and start lower you can always come up in price but cant go down i agree 9000 top end for this bike the accessories dont increase value
