I guess what I was trying to say with my first post is that having someone steal my saddlebag guard bags is the least of my worries in life. The replacement cost is minimal and, I don't keep anything in them of value. If someone needs them that badly, they can have them. I won't loose sleep.

Stolen ? Sounds more like a case of not being properly fastened and someone trying to claim insurance. I still have the same set that has been on 3 Road Glides and an Ultra. They have been to the four corners of this country and parts of Canada. Sturgis, Daytona, the ROT rally, Laughlin and all kinds of smaller rally's in between.
