I'm wondering how it mounts to the console. It looks like you pull the console and drill a couple of holes, and bolt it on from the inside. Is that about right?
My brother owns a machine shop, and I'm thinking about asking him to fab me up something similar.

I tried to order one of these through a Dragonfly dealer, just the bracket itself. After waiting a week I got an email saying that Dragonfly won't sell just the bracket anymore. You have to buy one of their fairings in order to get one.
Did you ever get one fab'd up? If so, are you willing to sell one?
