misfire in high revs?

Default misfire in high revs?
Ok, I recently installed 204 cams, SEAC, RH TD, SERT, Hogtunes amp and speakers, cruise control, and SE compensator sprocket. Now it seems I am missing spark or something in the mid to higher revs. Everything checks out ok, all the grounds are good, compression check is good, tried new plugs, wires, and changed the gas. The bike has pretty much sat for 12 months while I was deployed. Any gurus or techs care to take a stab at suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Just found out the bike has no problems at all. The problem lied in the SERT.
