They look great, I just finished putting Wild 1 Inc. Chubby 12.5 Bagger Apes on mine, I installed a new Sony M60UI radio along with the Hawg Wired Double Shot amp and speakers and while I had it apart I did the bars as well , I liked the Yaffe bars but call to ask them some questions and they were rude jerks , the people at Wild 1 were super helpful so I went with them instead, go to www.wild1inc.com , click on pictures on bikes , then baggers and you can see many bikes there with them , click on Tim Johnson's 01 Classic, thats mine , ride safe have fun

Yeah, I didn't get them from Paul Yaffe himself because he was not suppling them for about 4 months and for that kind of money that people are willing to put up for his bars, you would think that his company would be up to speed with supply and demand, especially when they just had an article in the Bagger Magizine with their product. So, I looked and found CatsEye Custom website and ordered mine from them....
I just finished installing 10" Monkey bars on my 07' Street Glide and it was a PITA! I used a small chain to pull wires, just drop it down, move the bars around a little bit and whammo, the chain drops out the holes, I used a squirt of silicone spray to help. It only took about an hour or so to get the wires pulled. The guy who said he used the stock cables is full of ****, EVERYTHING had to be 4" longer.
I went with Barnett braided throttle/idel and clutch cables (made in USA) not the crap that HD sells (made by motion pro in china). For the wires, i ordered from Namz in PA.
It was a pretty tough job for a shade tree mechanic like me.
A word of advice, make sure that you have ALL the pieces before you get started.
Any way to get a pic of the bike from the front with the bars straight? i am trying to see how much the bars "peek out" over the fairing and wanting to get the same size you have now.

I noticed that the top point of the bars were sticking out about 2 1/2-3 inches higher than the SE Windshield. I am going out side right now for a picture.... I am back with some more pics.
