Default Please help me!!!!!!

I am changing out the bars on my RG and even though I have an idea how to pull the pins out of the plugs, does anyone have pics of this being done? I used a pin pusher in the old days but these molex plugs are different. Do I just push a paper clip into the hole above the pin to release it then pull it out of the back of the plug by the wire ,or is there something else that goes along with that?
PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!

Try this posting. It helped me out when I went to Wild1 518's on my RKC. You may have to scan through the postings to see all of his posts. Hope this helps.

Heres a video thats not too bad. The only thing is the inside block has clips on the on the sides that you need to run a paper clip or something small to release. Be gentle they can break. Also the manual has a pretty good write up.
