I have tried the Heat Demon grips at the dealer and on 4 they were so hot you couldn't hold them with bare hands...
I would like to install a set on my '09 Ultra but was wondering, has anyone melted the throttle by wire components by running these, or any, heated grips too high?
I tried them on my 09 Ultra but it immediately threw codes regarding the throttle sensor. the dealer went through 2 more sensors before giving up. I had them taken off and am trying to get a refund from Symtec.
