Gotta hand it to them for customer service!!! I ordered a set of hogtunes from them back in November. They arrived the next day, I just threw the box on the shelf and figured I had all winter to deal with them. Needless to say I have an RG which has the fairing from HELL to reinstall.
Well last night I finally opened them up, much to my suprise I had set of stock harley speakers in the box. Needless to say, I was a little confused by all of this. Well, I contacted them today and all is good.
Lesson learned, I will open every box as soon as it arrives.

been ordering from eastern performance for about 2 years now, great bunch of guys, always answered questions i had, and the shipping is super fast.

 

When I lived in No. VA, I did a lot of business with them. They were always great about standing behind whatever they sell. Makes a customer get that warm and fuzzy we all want when we're dropping the kind of $$ we do on our scoots. They're good folks.

one thing that puts them above the rest and that is...... Customer Service, it doesnt really exsist anymore, but they have it!!! GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT BUSINESS
