I bought a Cardo Scala multiSet from them and when I took them out of the box they did not work right. I called them and they told me to deal with the manufacture. I felt they should have taken these back and sent me another set as these were new and never used.
This was my only purchase from them ever.

The Cardo company was a pleasure to deal with, and they replaced the bad unit with a new one.
