Keeping the 880s inflated to Metzler's specs (44# back, 40# front) helps with wear. With 880s, you give up the Dunlop pucker factor of raingroove tracking. I only get tire "singing" in curves - lets me know that I'm leaning

 

I like the Metzlers, put a new set on last Feb. have 7000 miles on them. Rode to Sturgis liked the way they handle.
