What do you folks think about non Harley batteries and what would you recommend? Got to change the battery in my 96 RK fuel injected.

When I replace mine I will probably go with this one:

Had one in my last bike and it was great!

I have always used MoCo replacements, very satisfied with them. All batteries eventually fail but I've seen better luck through my co-riders with MoCo units.

Check out the Deka ETX30L. They make the HD batteries and this is the same battery as the HD minus the label.

+1........ HD units, always seem to be better than the rest!

Yuasa batteries all the way! Harley doesn't make batteries. It's like oil, lowest bidder that hits the required specs.

The one time I used a non-HD battery I got burned. It wasn't even my choice - the non-Harley shop just decided to use a different brand and it failed 6 months later and out of warranty.
