excessive shake on bag, is it normal?

Default excessive shake on bag, is it normal?
fired her up today to warm up the fluids to do fliud change, as i'm standing behind her i noticed an excessive shake on the left side bag more than the right side bag i checked to make sure nothing was loose all seems to be in order. i'm i missing something? or is this the nature of the beast.i've got v&h monster ovals.any suggestion are always welcome.

When I ride behind my buddy on his 08, his right sadddlebag shakes a hole lot more than the left side when sitting. It looks like it's going to fall off.

Haven't noticed any bag shake, but I do notice my left mirror shaking
more than my right one.......Totally irrelevant I know !!

Mine does this also. Left bag shakes at idle and there is nothing loose.
