Ok the weather in Kentucky is coming around and its time to start riding.

I have a 09 Street Glide, The thousand mile service was completed in Aug 09 ,, the SG now has 2085 miles on the clock. The last time I had the bike out was Nov 09 so after sitting all winter should I change the oil before I start riding or just wait until I have 5000 on the clock ??

 

Change it before riding, in fact, the oil should have been changed last Nov, prior to storage. Ride Safe.

 

I change mine in the spring and fall.

Trust me, It'll run better with fresh oil in it. You'll feel better too!!!
