Unless you did a plug chop dont let that worry you. When you just pull plugs without doing a correct plug chop they will look rich. If you think its a problem get a couple of new sets of plugs. Take your bike and get it to normal operating temp shut off put in new set of plugs while hot dont let bike cool down. Now right away jump on your bike start it up run through gears kinda hard as to stay on main jet once at high gear pull in clutch shut motor off and DONT let out the clutch until your at a full stop. Now pull plugs and check you might have to go some wear other then your neighborhood to do this. And you might have to take plugs and plug wrench with you. I went to a school parking lot to do mine. If you let out the clutch before you stop it will give you a false reading because the engine will draw in gas while its turning and this will darken the plugs making it look rich. Your bike could even be lean on the main and rich on the slow jet which would also give you that look. Thus is why you come to a stop before releasing clutch. I've read on here were some of the guys think that the 45 slow jet is a little big, But as for myself I live at sea level so I think its fine here. I hope this helps.
