Default moronic question

OK guys, I hate asking a question this dumb, but it's easier to ask then go outside and try to figure it out.

I have an 07 Street Glide, I need to replace the battery. Where the heck is the battery acccess? Under the seat? left side cover? right side cover? Thanks

I hate asking dumb questions...lol

wow...good one...

If I had to guess, I'd say under the seat, under the ECM and a few other things....
Do yourself a favor and either Pull the main fuse before disconnecting anything....OR TAPE UP each battery cable end with electrical tape as you take each one off just to make sure you don't inadvertantly short something out if you cant find the fuse.

Under the seat and under a tray that holds the ECM. Getting the tray out to get to the battery can be fun.

Yes, I really was serious. As dumb as it sounds. I have always had Dynas until this bike.....they hide stuff on these things.

07 SG should be the same as my Ultra, under the seat no tray to move.

Disconnect the ground first then you can't short out the POS+ simple enough.
