could you have lost a wheel weight & it's out of balance. Air pressure OK in your tires. Look at the simple things first

I just noticed the same thing on my 2010 FLTRX at 3400 miles. Just noticed it yesterday at about 72 mph, seems to disappear around 80. I've checked the front motor mount, front stabalizer, rear frame bolts where it connects to the main frame, air pressure, no wheel weights missing, everything is in spec. I've grabbed the rear fender during the vibration and it doesn't seem to be vibrating. I'm taking it in Tuesday to have my wheels rebalanced.
Who knows.

Do those braces transmit vibration?

I doubt it is the brace. Seems like I did read something about the motor mounts causing this... let us know what you come up with.

I have the same thing going on with my '09 Ultra. It's been to two dealers three times and they say they don't notice anything wrong. So I have ordered motor mounts and will replace them myself. I had a motor mount let go on an '05 and this feels the same, so I am pretty sure this is it. Someone said that if the bike wasn't still in warranty they could probably find the problem. You think?

Usually for me when I've changed something and I have a new issue, vibration or something different, removing the new item or investigating the installation of new item is #1 on my list. So in your shoes before putting new motor mounts on I would unhook the True Track and see if the new vibe goes away. And ride it the same way when you noticed the vibe, if you were 2up when you noticed it, ride it 2up, cause it could be load induced also, like the belt gets too tight or too loose when loaded 2up.
