Default handlebar advice

I have a 2010 Street Glide and need more pull back and possible taller bars with a better wrist position. Any recommendations? I am a reasonably good do-it-yourselfer and wondered how difficult this job is?

Take a look at www.helibars.com

I put a set on my 08 UltraClassic during Daytona Bikeweek and I love them

I have Khrome Werks +2 sweeper bars. If you do a search you will find alot of info on them. They will do everything you are looking for at a very reasonable price. A 4" longer clutch cable is all you should need. As far as installing yourself I elected not to but others on the forum have.

i have always put 2" pull backs on my ultra, i am 5'9" and find the pull back to be just right. I just purchased a 2010 ultra limited and have not decided whether i need them yet, seems to be better than the 03 i had. Always had the dealer install them due to the brake cables and throttle, probably could do it but.....

I've got the +2 sweepers also. Very comfortable. Wrist position is better and I'm more upright now rather than reaching for the stock bars. See pics to get an idea of the look and feel.

I like the looks of those also. How do they work out with the fairing mounted mirrors?

I have the Kromewerks +2 also. Miles better than stock but I'm still probably going to change one more time to something just a bit taller. Total job, including replacing clutch cable, took about 3 hours in the garage without rushing. If you're going to do the job yourself get a service manual. It will make a world of difference. I can still use the stock fairing mirrors. They are slightly blocked by hand placement but still very usable. And for the price you can't find a better deal.
