I installed a set of chrome heat shields to match the rest of the bike.

Boy was that a mistake.

Turns out chrome conducts heat and then some!

DRPLASTIC, now that was good.

I installed the HD shields, easy to install and they seem to work.

Got mine from Harley and I have definately found that you don't notice the heat near as much when at stops or idling @ town.

I had RJ Originals on my '08 Ultra and they helped quite a bit with lowering the heat to the seat area. Good quality; easy install; and reasonable price.

Check out our crotch cooler...If it does not work as advertised send it back for a full refund..That is how we do business..They work very well..as we make them plain,basket weave ,or with conchos..check out our site we have a lot of your photos and comments up about our crotch coolers and other products..
