gauge readings?
Guys, got a new to me classic back in Jan. Been riding H-D's for 20+ years but this is my first bagger. My question is what is normal for oil pressure (at idle and highway speeds) with bike at operating temp, and amps with a good battery. Mine is aprox. 8psi at idle and 28psi at 2100rpm, amps at 14. Since I know you guys like pics here she is, it's an '02 FLHTCI w/aprox 38000 miles on it.

Yep-- 09 Ultra Classic-- at speed oil is around 30psi and at idleabout 8-10psi. Amps gauge almost 15.
Oil temperature is about 200 at highway speeds with oil cooler and ambient temps around 70F. Slow riding/idle goes to 230 but I won't sit long enough to see where it goes to!

Oil Guage Pressure
I also just bought my first Ultra Classic (2006). Traded in my sporty. The previous owner put a Thunderheader exhaust on it and had the fuel remapped, new air cleaner, etc. Does anyone know if the oil pressure would increase due to the engine mods? My guage never goes below 25 at idle. I changed the oil, and the level is correct. I'm thinking it is just the guage or sensor.
