My 09 SG did not come from the factory with the alarm system. Is the wiring harness there where I could hook up the Radio Shack siren or do they leave the harness off when not sent with the alarm.
The factory wire and connector are there.
You have to cut and solder wires or
others here have bought a connector
to match the oe plug,I myself cut and
soldered,I can't comment on the oe
connector
Do you have security and no siren? Because you have to have the security system before you can add any type of siren. But in any case the wiring is in place. The Harley siren slides under the fuse panel under the left side cover and the plug for the siren is there also.

Even though it is more expensive I personally find the Harley siren a much better option since it has its own battery and will function even if the power the the motorcycle battery is cut. In fact it sounds automatically when the MC battery is disconnected.
