I have a 06 street glide with a stage 1 A/C, power commander, Hq 0034 cams. Bike runs great but pops threw the air cleaner occasionally when reveing it up while down shiffting. Its simmilar to the pop you get when you try an start the bike and it pops threw the breather. Any ideas on what it could be or what i should do to correct this?
Or your settings on the PC need adjusting...Possibly to much fuel in the idle mode...I had the same problem with my Fuel Pak, they (V & H) had Mode 1 set at 10.....Now they lowered it to 5 and problem went away....

Is the PC, AC and cams new and the pop started? If so I agree it is a map adjustment most likely. If those have been on for awhile without any issues then you probably have an air leak in the AC seal (as above) or possibly the manifold.
One way to check seal is use WD40 to lightly spray the seal areas (very lightly) while revving/deceling and if pop goes away or you notice a difference in the engine rpm/sound.....theres the leak.
I the bike has done it sents ive owned it. Power commander helped but seems to be worse when the weathers warmer. When you say the seal on the breather is bad are you talking about the air filter or the backing plate that the breather bolts too. I also agree a good dyno tune might help. It currently just has a map from fuel moto I belive. Thanks

Could be either, take them apart and inspect is an easy place to start. Do you know by chance if the PC came from Fuel Moto? If so they would probably be a good support for the map. I know my PCV map from them worked great without any tweaking.
I have always heard that popping through the intake or air cleaner was a sign of being too lean and popping through the exhaust was from being too rich. I would guess either your tune is running too lean or you have air getting in from somewhere leaning out your A/F ratio
My mechanic put a map in for me when he installed the cams. Bike runs great just the pop ill look into the seals on the breather an possiable a dyno tune.
