I used the Drag Specialties Chrome controls kit. It had the master cylinder and all. I think they look really nice. They fit nice and work well with the clutch switch and front brake switch. I don't have a close up pic right now.....
Ultra-Rick - I've never seen painted switch housings. You've got me thinking. Just got my inner fairing painted, and thinking about taking care of my switch housings. How are the painted housings working out for you?
Nice Mustang, too, BTW.
The painted switch housings really make the handle bars stand out. So far they are working out good. I just finished painting them last month. here's the link to the step by step post. https://www.hdforums.com/forum/touri...to-finish.html
When I purchased the take-off '09 master cylinder and clutch perch for completing the Brembo conversion on my '04 EG, I'd have sent the levers for them to the plater who plated the parts, but I didn't have them.
Purchased the plain chrome '08 and newer levers sold by Drag and they fit fine. Chrome looks good; we'll see how the chrome holds up over time. The Drag levers came with black lever pins. The chrome clutch pin from my old set-up worked with the new clutch lever/perch, but the brake lever required a narrower pin, so I bought the one HD uses on the CVO Ultra chrome controls.
