I have a 2018 ultra classic, and the neutral switch has been giving me trouble. Won't start in gear with clutch lever pulled in.
I have searched and read lots of threads and read about a tsb on this very subject.
I have a set of PSR Journey adjustable levers, and the neutral switch worked fine with them for a while, then stopped working. I took the PSR lever off and pushed the button for the switch several times and then put the PSR lever back on and it worked for a few weeks then stopped again. It has done this twice, each time I made it work again by just pushing the button in a few times without the lever. Yesterday I put my stock lever back on and it started working.
I really don't think it is the PSR lever causing this, but do any of you have the PSR levers that work fine with the neutral switch?
I want to take it in and have it looked at but since it is working now I am not sure what they will say. It is most definitely repeatable, but not on demand.
Mine has worked fine. I got it near the end of September 2019 and have almost 5k miles with it. Mind you I rarely start in gear, but when I do it works. My setting is on 3.

Glad to hear that I really like the PSR levers. Hopefully they will change the switch under warranty for me.
