Front Brake Rotor squealing

I have a 2000 Electra Glide and about 2 to 3 weeks ago I noticed my front brake rotor was squealing as I am rolling not braking and it has been getting worse. I have checked for loose parts but everything is tight. Any suggestions on what my problem could be?

I'm having the same issue. Mine is definately coming from the brakes, not bearing. It was recommended that I remove the rotors and clean the pistons, they may be hanging up. I have to remove the wheel to get the rotors off (lowered fender). If you have a lift, see if you have alot of resistance when you spin the wheel. I do. I'll probably pull the wheel today, after my ride. I'll let you know what I find.

Some times rotors have build up on em try scrubbing with SOS pads or Comet powder that might help.

Swap to Kevlar pads and the noise will go away.

Sometimes you can get it to stop with some hard stops. Get the rotors warmed up and do some 20 mph to almost stopped with heavy lever input. Do it three or 4 times and it will usually quit. Just had to do it to mine the other day!

If you do it on cold rotors you can crack them!
