Not trying to be an *** to you but I can see you have only made two posts and cam selection is a huge topic here probably right under what oil to use. Of you use the search function in the blue toolbar about a quarter of the way down your the page and type in cam or 255 cam or what cams or anything similar you will pull up more info than you can probably read if you read for the rest of the week even if you don't take a lunch break. that being said, welcome to the forums. There's alot of great people and information here. There's also some a$$holes like me.

+1 forum search cams, 255 cams, 204 cams, 500 cams, etc.etc.etc. Probably all your questions will be answered and you may even be thoroughly confused. Almost everyone has a favorite.

If by "comparable" you mean having similar specs and behavior, the new Andrews 48 is as close as it gets.

Or the new Andrews 09H is also a close choice. I'd probably be more likely to go for the 48H for the increased duration and lift as that should fill the cylinders a bit better over the 09H (all things being equal of course...)
