When changing out cams....Can the inside cam timing marks (arrows on the face of the gears) line up & the timing dots on the outside ends of the cams not line up? Is that even possible?
I would never say anything is not possible; gears, or cams could be marked wrong from the factory. However, that is very unlikely and I have never heard of that happening. If the outside timing marks on the cams are not lined up, the inside dots are not lined up.
