Default Strange Bolt

I found this weird looking bolt next my bike this morning. It looks like it screws into something. Possibly something that I don't need. But not really sure. Any ideas what this might be?

that's a threaded knutson pin. some call it a knutson plug, but it's really a pin.

Jus toss it. Looks to be damaged from here!
It couldn't have come from your bike!

Are you sure it came from your bike and not your bicycle.

Can't see the pick very well but I think that is for a Honda, if you try putting it in your Harley it'll probably spit it out.

I saw something like that once before. I pulled out my 1972 Schwinn schematic, and if I'm reading it right, that's called a hammerfor.
