for just a little more $ (+/-)....you could have an '07. I have an '04 and wouldn't
buy anything older than 07.....just for the tranny and other upgrades (ez clutch, etc).
But if the price IS right for you.....go for it.

All good info, I'll play this one down until I see it and can find out what she actually has.

Well, disappointment has set in, she won the bike by decree but it isn't much, all stocker, only extra chrome was some small stuff, no add ons to the 88, no upgrades to exhaust or suspension or tires(they also need replacement). She would not talk down below $13k, too high for the local market, found out she also got the payment book with it, and still owes over $12k, too bad. almost forgot, was hard to start and on a charger(her brother put it on it) will need a battery.

When I got close it had some scuffs to the bag lids, it may have been tipped over as there was rash on the left pipe and end of the left grip, found some scratches on the bag guard rails, aint no cherry. I let this one pass.

I did look at KBB and it only shows retail (high) at 13k, I did offer her 10500 but she thought she could do better; trade for a no frills bike was just at 10800 even at low miles. The scuffs and scratches put the hit on that.

Her ex did do well, she is also sitting in too much house with a FSBO sign, they only moved in two years ago, she screwed herself in the decree and asked for it all, she will be lucky to come out with any money at all after all is sold.

She was a hottie but she is also looking for a banker to take care of her, definitely HIGH Maintenance!!
