Put a 21 inch front wheel on my 09 Street Glide during the winter. I decided the rear is barely visible with my strectched bags and not worth the extra money for a rear wheel. I was wrong, it's bugging the hell outta me. So now the question, do I put a solid chrome Hog Pro rear wheel or a matching Colorado Custom Memphis on the rear? The Hog Pro is about $200 cheaper but not sure which would look better. I know it's MY ride but I am just looking for opinions from the gallery here to help me decide.
for just 200 bucks i would get the matching wheel.jm2c.that is what i did and from a distance you can tell if it matches or not.at this point what is 200 bucks to have it all match

to the OCD club ! I never even tried it, I knew even though it can barely be viewed it would eat me up. I say get the matching wheel, mainly because if you get the other then don't like it you gotta dump it and get the matching one. Post some pics man!

Good question. Spend the 800 or so for the solid and risk it (the look) or get a matching rim at 1000 or whatever that could be a bitch to clean?
I'd do solid. I think it looks cool back there - like a 50's hotrod - and easier to clean too I bet.
The most you are going to see is the chrome lip anyway. As long as it has the same shape as the front rim (the curvature of the rim lip) it will still look killer.
I had the same issue. I ended up going with a chromed stock wheel on the rear $335 from Chrome that HOG. You can't see much of it but I'm happy with it.
