Primary holds exactly 1qt 32oz...Trans holds 20-22oz..20oz usually is enough...ATF-F in the primary...mobil 1 syn gear lube 75/90 in the Trans...this is what I run in my '04 RK...There are a thousand choices out there when it comes to oil...changing early and often is more important than syn or dino...jmo
How about 20-24oz in tranny and run 22 to be in the middle of the road. Primary, you should fill it until the fluid just covers the bottom of the clutch basket (approximately 32oz)
