Especially for the 09 and later touring wheels the stems at kurveygirl are the way to go.
I had a pair on hand when when HD replaced the tire on my front wheel and the tech installed
one on that wheel. He told the parts people to get some of these on hand as they really make
checking and adding air a breeze. Looking forward to replacing the rear wheel, but that sucker is
like the energizer bunny. It just keeps on going, 13.5k miles so far and looking like it might go 20k.
such a poor design of the wheels on the 09-2010 models. the spokes really needed to be relieved so you can get a tire gauge in there. if it were mine i'd be getting busy with a burr in my die grinder, as a dremel would take forever. there should have been reliefs in the two adjacent spokes to gain access to airing up and checking air pressure.

I have the same issue with my 09RK. I put together a gauge/hose/chuck combo like a previous poster showed. I wish I'd seen one of those first. However, I did use one of those ball chucks with a clip and had to grind it down quite a bit so it would fit behind that damn spoke. I always over inflate by 2lbs to compensate the air loss when I remove the chuck. With the RKC the spoke rims use tube tires so we can't use those right angle stems.
