Talked with local dealer trying to find out if the cruise control for Electra Glide Classic allowed
for the radio/cd control. Understand the button controls on the right grip is replaced, but they
couldn't tell me if the radio/cd control was still incoporated in the new grip control.
Anyone have info on this....tried looking at picks but they are so blurry...old guy syndrome,,,,
Oh!, thanks to the forum...called Benjy's...talked with Jenni from the block.....hi hi...
$271.96 for the cruise....will be looking forward to installing that baby.
Thanks for the info. I am getting rerady to add cruise to my EG Classic and your info will help. Also, I like the price you got. My dealer said 339.00 or something like that.
CC was the first upgrade I did to my 06' FLHT standard. It's definitely one of the best bang for the buck upgrades you can buy. It also took me about 3 hours to install it. I use it on every ride.
I installed the cruise on my SG a couple of weeks ago. It was time consuming because I wanted to make sure I hit all the steps. The electrical is basically "plug and play." Just follow the directions. It helps a bunch to have a shop manual. There are a couple of places in the instructions that say "refer to shop manual." Anyway, good luck. If I can help, contact me.
