Thanks everyone for taking part in my April Fools joke.
I still have my 2008 Ultra.
I finally have it right where I want it.
Added parts, adding engine work, 20K miles.
Runs great, power when I need it, life is good.
I know this was a joke, but one of the guys from our HOG chapter did exactly that. He traded his '06 Ultra for a Spyder. He rode it 2 weeks and traded it back in for a 2010 Street Glide and lost a ton of money in the two trades. He said the loss was worth every penny to get back to a Harley.
My dealer sells the Can Am and sells a ton of them. I saw them deliver 4 the other day, then a truck rolled up with 17 more, several which were pre sold.
I rode one and didn't like it at all, steers like a 4 wheeler. But it is fast as hell.
