Custom Dynamics are good people

I ordered some LED turn signal bulbs from them yesterday and today I get a call from Chris informing me that I will for sure need a stabilizer to go along with that order. Now I know a lot of folks might say they did this to make more money, But after talking to them on the phone they made me feel they did this to save me some time and trouble having to reorder this needed part.

So if you are thinking about ordering something/anything from Custom Dynamics I say go for it because they will treat you right.

I found they had excellent customer service. I had a few questions/issues once, sent them a few emails, and received very quick responses that helped.

I had their headlight modulator and brake light flasher thing on my previous bike and they worked well. They resolved the only problem I had with the unit over the phone.

I got another headlight modulator from them when I got my UC.

I like their products and customer service.

Great Service

I bought LED rear light and turn signal set up. One of the turn signal units was defective and they responded by sending a replacement unit. I would recommend them. Great service.
