I have a 07 lowrider that stalled a few times last year and this year. But today it stalled about 5-6 times. It would start right back up until next stop sign.So I stopped and talked to a tech at a Harley dealer and he said it could be my cobra fuel mgt or a leak on my manifold intake.I did hear it could be the IAC also. I found a bulletin TT 410 Harley put out about stalling problems. I am having it looked at next week, I will keep you posted. Oh by the way it never stalled on the way home after I talked to tech,100 miles. Go figure.

I removed the Cobra FI2000R several months ago and replaced it with a Fuelpak. No more stalling.

Well there you go!!!

Wasn't a HD problem after all. So all of your Harley bashing was indeed uncalled for!

Glad you found it. I replaced the FI2000 on mine with a PCIII then had it dyno'd. Fuel mileage dropped but the grin got bigger.

I suspect a ground problem. Clean both ends of the battery cables. Then find all other ground location and clean them. Sounds like they may be loose or corroded.

Doubt is the Fi2000r was the problem. It was the installation not making good connections.

I have three HD's with the Cobra without ever an issue.

I blame the installer. Critical to get electrical connection right. Causes many problems dont cha know.

Update: August 3, 2011. The bike was really stalling bad. Stalled everytime I came to a stop or squeezed the clutch to downshift and turn. Took it to the H-D dealer. It was the Idle Air Control (IAC).

Just curious, which dealer. I got my bike in Dothan but have visited the folks in Pensacola and they were helpful and friendly. Got my BAL-1 there.
