Help with tank console ................
I want to replace the cheap black plastic 3 screw insert of the tank console , with something different.
I took out the harness that plugs in for the headset stuff, so eliminating that is a plus.
I want to get rid of the black plastic thing, not the chrome stick on insert.
Does anybody have any pics of a nice chrome piece, factory HD or not, that can replace that UGLY black plastic piece of chit ??
Since I want to eliminate the headset plug, any Electra Glide console insert should work, I guess.
Don't really want to replace the whole chrome cover with fuel door and all. That's $ 200, I don't want to spend.
I'm open for any and all suggestions !!
