Default Oem seat problem

I,ve found that with the newer seats, I think from 2006 and newer on the full dressers, that if you get caught in the rain, or while traveling and have to leave it outside in the rain, that the seat seems to absorb a lot of water and you end up with a wet a$$ all the next day. Does anyone else run into this, and what do you do about it.
Thanks in advance Jonnierock

and that's why it's a good idea to keep two plastic trash bags stuffed in your saddlebags. one huge one which will go over your fairing to keep the dash and stereo dry, and another smaller one for the seat. you can tuck the edges of the bags to where they'll stay put pretty well, and it sure beats wet butt syndrome the next day, not counting what it will do to the foam itself.

will absorb water. It's why my new C&C saddle hasn't any.
