got a question................?
loud pipes........ i love em !! they sound GREAT !!!!
but ?
after following the guys with open straight pipes for miles and miles across nebraska, wyoming, colorado, south dakota............
how can ya stand it after a while ? a mean ? wow ! my EARS are ringing !!!

or you can try to run on the left side of the rider in front of you! I have a friend that ownes a deuce with upswing straight pipes and it is (harsh) to say the least on the right

Hey, but wait...loud pipes save lives and are safer right and it is my motorcycle and I can make my pipes as loud as I want, after all it's a Harley right and Harley's are suppossed to be loud and it doesn't matte that I'm blasting your ears, it's not about you it's all about me and I like em.

well....shucks, i must confess.................
we are on the 'wing' pulling a trailer, so i have plenty of power.
but next year we are taking the tour=glide.
we are having one heck of a fine time.
no job, no plans, no hurry, just following the wind.
