I have an 09 Road King and just did some engine work as follow
S&S 106 cyl/piston kit
T-Man Stage 2 Pro Touring Head Work
T-Man 625 Cams
10.5:1 ratio
Throttle Body redone by HPI from 50mm to 54mm
Zippers A/C
V&H Power Chamber with Rinehart Slip-ons'
TTS Master Tune
Have the work done at a local HD dealer
My Dyno numbers are 110 hp and 118 torque
My questions is are those numbers about right for this setup or should they be a little higher, honestly I was expecting a bit more than that, but since I'm not that experience I would like to know what you guys think, any comments would be welcome and thank you.
I have not pick the bike up yet as I'm in Cabo right now, will pick up around the 30 of this month
By the looks of the build, without seeing a dyno sheet (not that I am by any means an expert ), I'd say those are some pretty good numbers!
I'd be very happy with 110hp & 118tq. If the dyno sheet shows a stead A/F ratio and the hp & tq curves are nice and linear with good tq & hp throughout the power band, you should be in great shape!
There are far more qualifiied gents on HDF that will undoubtedly have more intelligent info to add.
Thanks to all of you guys, that helped put my mind.
Now I'm really looking forward to break it in good and do some good riding, once again thanks a lot.
It's just fine , some say the TBW numbers will be lower, plus your heads are tq styled(and your darn near 120 TQ) and there may be some hp left on the table with your exhaust(probably).

TBW motors are lower on the dyno because they have IDS. Adds inertia....
