Default Stereo question

Maybe I'm stupid but I can't figure a way to scan through the preset staions from the handle bar controls. You have to reach up and hit the butttons on the head unit.
Maybe I should actually read the manual?

I read the manual and there is no way to scan the presets. It's like you said reach up and push the corresponding button.

Yeah, especially with gloves on. Sure would be nice to change presets with a switch on the handlebar.

Yup, yup ya have to reach up and push those buttons. I don't have the short arms syndrome but I do have the don't wanna listen to whats on that station moment.

Only thing scan is good for is locating stations with a strong signal and a quick preview of what's on before it moves along.

That's why I just plug in the ol' IPOD and scoot along.
